The word “pīkake” means “peacock,” and the blossom’s scent is well-loved by many. When making lei, pīkake is often used, especially its white-petaled, single-flowered variety. With our collection, we wanted to capture the beauty of the pīkake and how its scent brings us all back home - to Hawaiʻi. With jewelry and home goods, we hope our Pīkake Collection fills your hearts and homes (hale) with the warmth of the islands.

Enjoy 50% off. Small Pīkake Lei Bamboo Charcuterie Board (Handle)
4 reviews
Charcuterie, anyone? Our unique Pīkake Bamboo Charcuterie Board is ready to assist you in all your culinary ventures and perfect for an eco-friendly kitchen! Available in sizes small through large, our boards are eco-friendly and feature our signature pīkake design.
Pīkake n.1. The Arabian jasmine (Jasminum sambac), introduced from India, a shrub or climber, with rounded, dark-green leaves and small, white, very fragrant flowers used for leis. Since Princess Ka-ʻiu-lani was fond of both these flowers and her peacocks (pīkake), the same name was given the flowers. (Neal 680.) (as found in wehewehe.org)
For a Gift I didn’t realize I got a Size: Small but it’s still cute and doable.

Lovely Lahaʻole Wedding Gift
Gifted a young newlywed couple a Lahaʻole a Pīkake Lei Bamboo Charcuterie Board with a pair of Pīkake and Naupaka towels. They were a modern and lovely reminder of the brideʻs roots to Hawaiʻi (she moved and now works in CA) and all could be displayed in their little studio as they begin their marriage journey. Mahalo to Lahaʻole!
