RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

You may return or exchange your order back to Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi within 14 days of your original purchase date unless purchased as part of a sale or promotion. 

For all return inquiries email aloha@lahaolehawaii.com 

  • Please include order number in your inquiry.
  • All returns / exchanges via mail must be pre-approved before being sent back to Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi. Please inquire using the email provided above with your name, order number, and the number of items you wish to return.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags still attached.
  • All refunds are in the form of store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for all return / exchange shipping costs.
  • Gift cards are final sale.

    Lahaʻole Hawaiʻi reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

       

      DAMAGES  

      All damage inquiries email aloha@lahaolehawaii.comPlease attach the order number and a photo of the damages in your email.

       

      CANCELLATIONS

      Orders can be changed or canceled as long as it hasn't yet been picked up by USPS. Once it has been sent out, we no longer have the ability to change the order.

       

      RETROACTIVE DISCOUNTS

      We do not offer retroactive discounts.

       

      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

      International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to be delivered. The customer is solely responsible for all duties and import taxes.
